Awards

There are two new awards added to the in-cosmetics Global Awards 2024: the Sustainable Stand Award and the Kenvue Trusted Science Award. The former recognizes companies that excel in incorporating sustainability into their stand designs. This comes in response to feedback from exhibitors such as Provital and Vytrus, as well as an increasing number of exhibitors incorporating a more sustainable approach to stand design.

The Kenvue Trusted Science award will be sponsored and judged by an expert panel provided by global consumer health leader, Kenvue, which will recognize applicants’ performances in areas such as how the entry addresses an unmet consumer need, the credibility of the entry and whether it is backed up by scientific and/or clinical validation data, responsible sourcing and more.

Adam Ricciardone, head of R&D, global skin health and beauty and head of R&D, North America, Kenvue, said, “The Kenvue Trusted Science Award is not only about recognizing cosmetic science excellence in the industry, but it also guides us towards a future where innovation meets integrity. In the cosmetic industry, every breakthrough ingredient has the potential to elevate standards, answer unmet needs, and unlock transformation. This award celebrates the brilliance of today and promises a more responsible, and scientifically advanced tomorrow.”

Roziani Zulkifli, event director, in-cosmetics Global, said, “With France’s flair and influence on the global industry, the 2024 edition will be a pivotal moment for the beauty community to take note of the cutting-edge trends and foster direct connections with the very experts shaping the future of personal care ingredients. The event will not only celebrate the very best in cosmetic science, but also serve as a centralized place for the community to collaborate, network, learn, and inspire. We look forward to unveiling the full event program soon, and once again, providing a platform for the sector to unite with the heart of Paris serving as the very fitting backdrop.”
