Desperate Housewives Finale Scoop: Back from the Dead

at .

We watched Mike Delfino get murdered a few weeks ago on Desperate Housewives, but James Denton has a surprise for fans of the long-running ABC hit:

He's on his way back to Wisteria Lane!

It's unclear exactly in what capacity, but the actor tells William Keck of TV Guide Magazine that he will be joined by a number of other late characters on the May 13 series finale.

"I'm pretty stoked," Denton says. "A lot of great actors will be on that street - Steven Culp [Rex], Roger Bart [George], Richard Burgi [Karl], among others. If you gotta be dead, that's pretty good company."

Creator Marc Cherry has also teased that at least one more death will take place on the concluding episode.

Take your best guess as to who it will be as you watch the preview above for this Sunday's return installment, "Lost My Power."

Desperate Housewives Quotes

Dr. Barr: Hey there. I was surprised to hear you wanted a session.
Bree: Well, there's nothing like being tied to a bed to change a girl's mind.
Dr. Barr: What do you wanna talk about?
Bree: Anything at all. As you said, I...I have a lot of issues.
Dr. Barr: Well, I assumed as much when you told the ridiculous story about your daughter running off with a murderer.
Bree: Saw right through that, did ya?
Dr. Barr: Well, I'm a trained professional, Bree. The human mind is my playground.
Bree: Well, I'm glad that you're having fun.

(to dead body) "Tu me manques, Monique" ("I Miss You Monique").
