Regarding to your preference of printing out the posters, please fill out the google sheet before June 28th to let us know whether you want us to print out the poster for you which each cost NT$300 paid by the delegate when checking in or you could print it out yourself and bring it to the symposium (which should be handed in when checking in as well).

The poster's for the presentation of Essay Exhibition in the afternoon of 7/12,

Poster be printed out by the Host Team. Once you choose this, you allow the Host Team to print out your poster from the one you uploaded to our website, and agree with all the conditions. Furthermore, you will have to pay NT$300 for each poster when checking in on the first day of your arrival.

Poster be printed out myself. Once you choose this, you're require to upload and print out the poster yourself, and bring it to the symposium. Also, you have to hand in the poster to the Host Team when checking in on the first day of your arrival.
