Fragbite Masters is an online tournament organized by Fragbite with the help of the sponsors Com Hem, Estrella, McDonalds and Mikz.
This tournament had 160,000 SEK (~$24 500) in prize money and the games were commented by Nathan "Nathanias" Fabrikant, Ben "DeMusliM" Baker, James "2GD" Harding and Auguste "Semmler" Massonnat.

Format[edit]

  • Qualifying stage:
    • Two qualifying tournaments up to 1024 players each.
    • Top 2 of each qualifier advance to the Group Stage #1.
  • Group stage:
    • 16 players : 4 from the Qualifying stage and 12 invites.
    • 4 groups consisting of four players with a Double-elimination bracket format.
    • All matches are Bo3.
  • Playoffs:
    • 16 players in a Double-elimination bracket.
    • Top 2 of each group start in the winner bracket.
    • Bottom 2 of each group start in the lower bracket.
    • Upper bracket Quarter Finals are Bo3. Semi-Finals and Final are Bo5. The Grand Final is a Bo7.
    • All lower bracket matches are Bo3.

Play of the Day[edit]

Each day of the tournament, a special action made by a player was chosen as the "Play of the Day". At the end of the tournaments, a vote[1] was opened to determine the best "Play of the Day". VortiX was the winner[2] with 261 votes, just in front of KangHo (256 votes) and Happy (233 votes).
