The 2012 StarCraft II World Championship Series: Germany Nationals was a StarCraft II tournament hosted by Blizzard for players from Germany. It was held in Cologne, Germany from June 2 to 3, 2012. The event featured 16 players with a prize pool of $15,000 and 4 seeds to the 2012 WCS Europe Finals.

Format[edit]

  • Double-elimination
  • All rounds best-of-three.
  • In the Grand Finals, the player coming from the Lower Bracket has to win two best-of-three series.

$15,000, and four paid trips to the 2012 StarCraft II World Championship Series Europe Finals is spread among the players as seen below. The player finishing first will qualify directly for the 2012 Battle.net World Championship.[2]
