Focused Group Survey - Banking and Financial Industry ( The Working Management Event)                              
Hello, I am Caspar,  I am studying Brunel university product design in UK. This survey mainly aimed at users of the system for time management and decision-making needs. Currently, at the market all of industry are very concerned about personal productivity, and through research statistics that the banks and the financial industry by the most time is wasted on a number of issues, such as meeting and compliance with company policies. On a basic level, all of the work items are comprised with this three themes of Time, effort and your brain work. Therefore, this dissertation aimed to do these three topics related to organizational links and innovative ways to improve the work efficiency.
